We ship orders from Costa Rica using the Costa Rican postal service. This method does not provide a tracking number, but it ensures that the package will be dropped off at your door or mailbox without requiring a signature.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

It’s super important to us that your little one gets the perfect fit. To make sure that happens, please take a moment to check the sizing guide for each product before you place your order. We recommend choosing the size based on measurements, not just age. Getting the right size means your little one will be comfy and happy in their new outfit. If you’re not sure about sizing or need a hand, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help, and we really don’t want you to be disappointed if something doesn’t fit just right.

As we do not accept returns, free shipping is only applicable to the initial shipment of your order to you.

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, you can always purchase any of our handmade items for your loved ones directly from our website and we will ship to them.

Currently, we do not have retailers in other countries. All orders are handmade in and shipped directly from Costa Rica.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays due to customs.
